DIALOGUE / EDUCATION / ACTION
CROSS-BORDER INTERNATIONAL STUDENT CONFERENCE
MAY 21-22, 2026
PAPERS EVALUATION
For the evaluation of the papers, the scientific content, the quality of the work presented (topicality, originality, quality of technical information and scientific results, documentation, personal approach, practical implementation) and the way of presenting the results (correctness and coherence of expression, specialist language, time frame) will be taken into account. Each member of the committee will mark each paper from 1 to 10. The final mark is the arithmetic mean of all the marks awarded by the members of the committee.
Representatives of the socio-economic, cultural and academic environment may be invited to participate in the work of the sections and may be part of the evaluation committees and/or award special prizes to students who produce works of particular interest to the field they represent.
Depending on the final marks obtained, the first, second and third cash prizes will be awarded for the top three best entries in each section. Certificates of participation will be awarded to all participants.
The section chair will draw up the evaluation grid based on the general criteria - scientific content and quality of the work presented (topicality of the subject, originality, quality of technical information and scientific results, documentation, personal approach, practical implementation), the way the results are presented (accuracy and coherence of expression, specialist language, time frame), to which he/she may add criteria specific to the area of research. The Chair will send the evaluation grid to the committee members (no later than 17 May 2026), collect the evaluation grids immediately after the end of the session, and draw up the ranking list based on them. The awards document will be signed by the Chair.
